Development work
Our Development workers are a small team of experienced childcare professionals working with pre-schools to develop practices in meeting welfare requirements as required by Ofsted. They offer continuing support and encouragement to ensure that the health, safety and welfare of children is enhanced, children are cared for by suitable and well trained staff and the needs of all children are met regardless of race, culture, religion, ability or means.
