Development team

Santa Nyeko, has been with the Charity for over 10 years and is the Senior Pre-School Development Worker.

Her role is to work support for Early Years settings in Ealing, to develop their childcare practice and to access information and training in order to ensure that standards of care and education is high and constantly evaluated and reviewed.

Jan McHugh joined us in December 2008 as our part time Pre-school development worker.

She is an Early Years teacher with many years experience of working with children with special needs, she brings us a vast number of skills. Her main role is to support the Early Years providers in Ealing.

Bozena Borthwick has been with us for many years and used to run Windmill Speech and Language group on a regular basis.

Currently, she is working as our Baby and Toddler Development Worker, she encourages good practice through the provision of information, advice and support.

Madhu Khanna has been with us for a number of years as our Southall Family and Outreach Worker.

Her main role is to encourage the intake of childcare and provide families with services within Windmill Park Children’s Centre and Havelock Children’s Centre. Currently Madhu runs two Baby and Toddler Groups, encourages families to take up services, such as training, counselling, parents groups and volunteering.
