Children’s Centre Deputy Manager
Salary £9.01 per hour inclusive of London Weighting (£18,740.80 per annum)
Working Hours: 40 hours per week /52 weeks (based on a shift rota)


We are looking for several dynamic Deputy Managers based at our Children´s Centres in Acton and Southall. You will provide inclusive play and learning opportunities for all children attending the Centre.


You will be responsible for assisting the Centre Manager with curriculum planning, staffing levels and behavioural management also running the Centre in their absence. The successful applicant will need a minimum level 3 Early Years Education and Childcare qualification or equivalent, with proven post-qualification experience in running or helping to run a similar service.


Candidates must have a good knowledge of The Early Years Foundation Stage Framework. Excellent organisational and computer skills are essential, SENCO training and experience would be desirable.


Deputy After School Club Manager NVQ Level 3
Rectory Park After School Club, in conjunction with Gifford Primary School
Salary: £8.09 - £8.54 per hour inclusive of London Weighting
Working Hours: 3.00pm – 6.00pm Monday – Friday, in line with Gifford Primary School Year


To provide support in the day-to-day operation of the After School Club. Undertake face-toface work with the children whilst ensuring that the programme of activities that are delivered is exciting and interesting.


Family and Outreach Worker
Salary £9.92 hour incl London Weighting
Working hours: 20 hours per week/43 weeks (term time only)


We are working with children, voluntary agencies and professionals to create greater opportunities for families in the Ealing area, and are looking for a flexible and creative Family and Outreach Worker.


You will need:

  • To have proven experience in Outreach Work with an NVQ 3 or equivalent in Childcare/ Community Development
  • To set up a Play and Stay Group in the Green Man Estate
  • To be able to work on your own initiative to agreed targets

Qualified Teacher (Maternity Cover)
Salary: £33,555 - £38,634 per annum (depending on experience) inclusive of London Weighting
Hours: 37 per week / 43 weeks


Our Sunlight Community Nursery is looking for a Dynamic Qualified Teacher to cover 9 months maternity leave.


You will need:

  • Experience of teaching 0 – 5 year olds and take the lead in implementing the Early Years Foundation Stage
  • Unprecedented professional development, to be able to manage a team and be pro-active in your approach to continuing professional development.
